Feasibility request and other Integrated Registry services.
The Feasibility request, or Preliminary Enquiry, is a set of procedures offered by the institutions taking part in the Agreement that lets the entrepreneur consult them in advance to check whether setting up the company is feasible.
The Feasibility request is filled in on the Junta Comercial or City Hall website and forwarded to the Junta Comercial and to the participating bodies (the City Hall and other bodies involved in registering a company) so they can review it and set out the requirements and instructions the entrepreneur must meet to set up the business.
